MEET OWNER AND HEAD TRAINER:

RYAN ADAMS

Ryan Adams isn’t your average trainer. He’s the guy NFL players turn to when they want to level up their performance and protect their bodies. With years of experience training athletes across football, basketball, baseball, and more—Ryan knows how to get results that show up on game day.

In High School, Ryan was a 4 year 2 sport varsity starter. He then pitched 4 years at Kent State, was part of the College World Series Team in 2013. Graduated with Exercise Physiology Degree from Kent State.

2017 was the official Speed Trainers of the Cleveland Gladiators.

15 years of Training with over 5000+ athletes trained, over 150+ Professional Athletes trained, Pro-Bowl athletes trained, All Pro NFL athletes trained.

From Cleveland Browns standouts to rising college stars, Ryan has built a reputation for getting athletes faster, stronger, and more resilient—

without unnecessary wear and tear.

MEET OUR HEAD COACH:

BLAKE WILLIAMS

Blake Williams, Princeton University graduate and Ivy League champion, is no stranger to unlocking the potential of high-performing individuals. With two decades of coaching experience at both the College and Pro levels of football, Blake played a pivotal role in leading teams to success.

Highlights from Blake’s coaching career include being the youngest NFL defensive coordinator ever (STL Rams), 
Winning a Super Bowl championship (New Orleans Saints),
and winning the UFL Championship as Defensive Coordinator for the DC Defenders. 

MEET OUR ASSISTANT COACH:

JOEY SAMUELE

Joey Samuele has been a trainer for 6 plus years, 2 of which have been with Ryan training NFL Athletes. Joey has worked with every day people who are trying to lose weight, to professional athletes trying to get game day ready with Ryan.

Joey is extremely passionate about helping people reach their goals, however big or small and push you when you don’t think you have anything left in the tank.
